It would help Citibank if they would consider to simplify their services. I have in general good experience with Citibank but 2 times it happened that one of their sales people did not give me full information and I ended up paying "uroky" allthough I set up an inkasso for my cards but they "forgot" to tell me they have 2 kinds of incasso. One which solves all my problems (automatic transfer of money so that I don't get fined) and the other which made me pay every months "fines" because it did transfer only part of the needed money. I don't mind to pay for good services but these kind of tricks are for amateuristic companies and of Citibank I would expect a more professional and honest selling approach. A big big pity. Fooling your Customers is so shortsighted.
